Creative Bus Sales, the nation’s largest bus dealership with over 20 locations nationwide,, is looking for a Sales Administrator who will be responsible to support and assist our Sales Team with day to day administrative duties within the department

Duties:

  • Answer and direct department phone calls
  • Preparing company related documents and correspondence as needed
  • Assist the Sales Team with scheduling meetings/appointments
  • filing and organizing department as needed
  • Other clerical administrative support within the department
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience Required: 

  • High School Graduate-Some college preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year clerical experience
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Must have the ability to multi task
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Physical Requirements: 
  • Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds 
  • Must be able to move freely throughout an office area
