With multiple locations throughout the United States, Creative is able to service customers in all locations.We are currently accepting resumes for a  Systems Administrator at our Chino, California location. This is a full time position that requires a hardworking, dependable and reliable individual.

The Systems Administrator should be highly organized, exhibit strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.  The Systems Administrator will assist with design, develop, implement and enhance SharePoint sites to meet internal needs.


  • The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to.
  • Manage the company’s software environments, data, and security
  • Oversee and maintain company’s overall system health and structure
  • Create, plan and execute training sessions with internal staff and content owners
  • Develop user-friendly workflows to improve efficiency and data quality
  • Use permission groups to manage user access to information
  • Use versioning, document sets, and custom content types appropriately to support internal needs to document control
  • Present ideas, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to team and internal staff
  • Work efficiently and effectively on concurrent projects delivering quality results on-time and within budge
  • Coordinate with the rest of the team and with clients to identify and document client needs
  • Assist with support, configuration, and testing of Dealer Management Software (DMS)
  • Liaise with projects staff, Management, and External Partners, reporting on the status of current projects, identifying issues and assessing their impact, and proactively recommending solutions
  • Interact with business lines to discuss high-level concepts and/or desired technology solutions based on bias from previous experience.
  • Work with business groups across the organization to develop dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Provide company wide strategic and analytical support for business intelligence activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience using Python, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, .NET, or C#
  • Experience Developing or Administrating SharePoint 2013 or SharePoint Online
  • Experience with Network Security, SSO, 2FA, and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Professional Certification (i.e. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator or similar)
  • Experience creating dashboards and configuring data analytics or business intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in a growing company
  • 2+ years of experience with a Windows Remote Desktop environment
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Operating Systems 2012 R2, Exchange Server, Office 365
  • Demonstrated experience with relational databases such as SQL Server
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
  • Ability to manage concurrent multiple tasks at any given time
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Work will be performed in an office setting.
  • May be required to sit in long intervals and climb stairs
  • Must have good manual dexterity
